It's Official: I'm Working
As an actor, that is. I have signed on to do a film called Let Them Chirp Awhile,which is an indie film with a surprisingly good script.You can read an article about the film here. We should start shooting October 1st. It's a film about relationships with - thank the Lord - no special effects. Stay tuned for future details.

Well, good for you! Glad to hear about it. Hope it turns out to be a great experience.
I personally think special effects are not too bad. But when it comes to CGI, that is where it becomes too unreal sometimes (The main reason Joe Dante does not want to do a Gremlins 3).
I am also looking forward to seeing "The Pack", it sounds like it is gonna be a good one. Any news on a release date?
